I've been to this spa multiple times, and they always exceed my expectations. From the ambiance of the spa to the people, especially the therapists and reception, they are really accommodating. The therapist seems well-trained in their profession and has extensive experience. Price is pretty reasonable compared to other spas as well, since I've been checking prices around Vancouver, and I think it's worth the money . Definetly will recimmend to my friends and family !
Akane is such a kind and attentive massage therapist! She listened carefully to my needs, helped release all the tension, and made me feel completely relaxed and cared for. She has such a calming presence and truly goes above and beyond. I left feeling refreshed and so grateful for the experience. Highly recommend her!
Coming early was nice to enjoy some tea and aroma therapy. Patty and July at reception were very welcoming and kind. We had a couples massage with Gem and Addy - excellent massage good pressure. We will be back every time we come to Vancouver. Thank you
