My front door lock suddenly became very difficult to lock/unlock so I attended their store front where Mark arranged for a technician to attend to what I thought was to replace the entire [older] cylinder. The technician was prompt and after testing the key movement, advised he could simply preform a repinning - changing the internal pins - which saved me the cost of a new lock! From the friendly initial greeting to the integrity of the locksmith, I am very impressed and pleased with their service.
I recently needed a condo key cut after two failed attempts at another business, which charged double the rate of the locksmith.

Why 5 stars?...because the locksmith kindly but rightly refused to cut a key for a person whose key was imprinted "Do Not Duplicate'...unfortunately the customer was not impressed...I was
