Crystal is incredible! I suffered chronic shoulder pain from years of softball and walked away pain free after seeing Crystal. She is kind, empathetic and very knowledgeable! I highly recommend.

I went to Sophie P for an issues with my knee and my wrist and had a great experience. She was very thorough in my assessment and gave me home care exercises that were easy to do so I’d actually do them. After we’d determined I didn’t need to come back again, she sent me an email with more home care instructions for long term support. If I ever have another issue, I will absolutely be coming back to Sophie. She’s very kind, knowledgeable and supportive. Overall a very good physio experience :)

Crystal was very patient with me and took the time to reassure me about the safety of acupuncture and the importance of consent throughout the process. She allowed me to get comfortable with the needles at my own pace and helped me become accustomed to their size before beginning treatment. I would highly recommend her; she is incredibly caring, compassionate, and attentive
