My wife, Lori recently had an assessment for shoulder pain and treatment with Alex B. She was very concerned about the appointment but felt very comfortable with Alex, whose approach was kind, compassionate and respectful. He was open to our concerns, answered her questions and clarified as needed. The important part for me was he spoke directly to her, as Lori is in a wheelchair most times we are in appointments the clinician will direct their questions to me not her. I have had to redirect them to ask her, as well as stop myself from answering.

I have been coming to backs in action for a year now , can't thank Candice enough for her outstanding care as my massage practitioner, She is warm, compassionate, very friendly and professional. After each appointment, I leave feeling profoundly take care of and in less pain than when I arrived, I would highly recommend her service, Thank you Candice fixing my lower back pain !!

The booking system was easy to use and the reminders for my appointment was good to keep me informed.The check in experience was smooth and easy.It’s my first time seeing Denise and she is very professional/experienced and we got into my back issue right away. She completed her assessment and provided an initial exercise program to help address my issue. Set up time for my follow up. Very smooth process.
