I highly recommend Backs in Action! I came in with a severe sciatica flare-up, with intense nerve pain from my lower back down my left leg, along with numbness, tingling, pins and needles, and cold sensations. I honestly thought I wouldn't be able to return to work. Denise was amazing—kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Her treatment and guidance helped reduce my pain and gave me confidence that I could recover. Thank you, Denise! A big thank you as well to all the wonderful staff at Backs in Action for always being so friendly, welcoming, and professional. I'm truly grateful for the excellent care I received.

I highly recommend my physiotherapist, Ma (Mahboobeh Khosrabi) for anyone dealing with an injury. I have been seeing Ma for 6 months now, she has been incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and supportive throughout my recovery from my shoulder injury. Thanks to her expertise and encouragement, I have seen significant improvement in my shoulder function and pain levels. I'm very grateful for her exceptional care.
