If you're looking for an authentic and meaningful experience with batok tattoos, Mayo is the person for this. He truly listens to your story and creates the most personal piece unique to you. I haven't gotten a tattoo in almost ten years and was a little worried about the process with him. He put my mind at ease with purposeful intention; from sharing about handmade tools, his sacred experience meeting Apo Whang-Od in 2013, and what drives his creativity & service to this day - the appointment felt like meeting with an old friend and I cannot recommend Mayo enough. I'm looking forward to crossing paths again!
