“Hillcrest Plumbing & Heating responded to my call very promptly and was incredibly helpful when my parents’ hot water tank broke down.
I live far away from my parents, who do not speak much English, and Hillcrest made the entire process much easier by ensuring all communication, whether from the office or the technician, went through me. They also arranged the city inspection (with the permit fee included), and everything passed smoothly.
The hot water tank was slightly wider than the door clearance of the little utility room, so the technician removed the door to bring the tank in. Afterwards, with everyone understandably focused on getting everything up and running again, nobody remembered that the door had been left off its hinges. My parents only mentioned it to me a week later.
I called Hillcrest two weeks after the installation and inspection had been completed. Aileen, Dave, and Josh were instrumental in helping us get the door reinstalled within 30 hours of my call.
My parents could not thank them enough, especially Josh, for his wonderful demeanour and prompt help.

I am writing this letter to show thanks and gratitude for the work you did on my home. Last year was a very busy year in my family’s life, and your company and crew took such a stress and burden off my shoulders with absolute care, quality and trust. With my wife being a Registered Nurse, and myself being a Public School Teacher, we may have taken on a little too much in 2025 by getting married, raising a 4 year old and purchasing a very outdated home that needed some major renovations to be able to move my father into the basement suite by early 2026. Your journeyman plumbers & apprentice plumbers broke any stereotypes of “rough blue-collar workers”. From start to finish of the plumbing upgrade on our home, the workers were on time, hard working and incredibly thoughtful. In fact, my wife was so pleasantly surprised when your crew waited for her to come back from getting our child from daycare, because they were unable to lock the door behind them before leaving from their workday.

It has been nearly 6 months since Pacific Peak to Peak completed the project, and we have bragged to many friends and family about how good the work was, and how respectful the workers were. My father is loving his personal suite, and I am so happy to have him live independently, but close enough for me to help when needed.

We expect to reach out to your company soon to renovate the upstairs bathroom, as we will be needing more space for our family addition expected this October 2026.

We have used them quite a few times at our character home over the years and I am continually impressed by their service, knowledge, professionalism, and work ethic. The main receptionist (Trinh) is so friendly and knowledgeable and always incredibly helpful in navigating my initial requests/plumbing issues.
