“Hillcrest Plumbing & Heating responded to my call very promptly and was incredibly helpful when my parents’ hot water tank broke down.
I live far away from my parents, who do not speak much English, and Hillcrest made the entire process much easier by ensuring all communication, whether from the office or the technician, went through me. They also arranged the city inspection (with the permit fee included), and everything passed smoothly.
The hot water tank was slightly wider than the door clearance of the little utility room, so the technician removed the door to bring the tank in. Afterwards, with everyone understandably focused on getting everything up and running again, nobody remembered that the door had been left off its hinges. My parents only mentioned it to me a week later.
I called Hillcrest two weeks after the installation and inspection had been completed. Aileen, Dave, and Josh were instrumental in helping us get the door reinstalled within 30 hours of my call.
My parents could not thank them enough, especially Josh, for his wonderful demeanour and prompt help.
