I brought my old Dyson that was not working. The salesman took a look at it and checked it out to see what was wrong. He spend about 10 min diagnosing it. Afterwards told me the various options he could offer and the cost. In the end, he told me that it was better to save my money and buy a new one. I appreciate the honesty.

I was calling everywhere to fix a hose on my vacuum and no one was able to fix it. Then I found Daniel at trade ur vacuum and he was more then happy to help me with. I went in there and he fixed it for me on the spot. Service and hia personality was awesome. I highly recommend this place for anything u need fixed on your vacuum or even to buy one. Prices are great and their services is outstanding. Thanks again Daniel

My vacuum cleaner accidentally sucked up a tissue, which got stuck just a few inches from the locking device. I could see it inside the tube—it was close enough to reach, but when I tried to pull it out, I accidentally pushed it further down. It was still visible, but now farther away.
Among other vacuum businesses I contacted, I called Trade Ur-Vac and Janitorial Supplies and spoke with Daniel. I told him my problem. He mentioned he was a bit busy at the moment, but he would still take the time to look at it. He told me it would most likely be free of charge, unless there were additional problems.
