I came to Paul for the first time about two months ago for straightening because of all the positive reviews. I can only say now that it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. WHAT AN AMAZING JOB HE DID!!! I have fine, frizzy, natural curly hair and I always needed to do straightening at a salon before traveling, especially to Asia, because of the heat and the humidity. All the previous times I’ve done it, my hair smelled bad for days and it was so awkwardly straight and had no volume whatsoever, and generally takes about a month for it to look natural. First time visiting Paul Chow for Japanese hair perming (curly). If you’re looking for the OG in perms, haircut and dye…Paul is your go to! He’s one of those stylists that can look at you and tell you what works for you. I bought some photos, but I’m glad he told me none of them will work for me. So I trusted his knowledge, expertise and my hair turned out perfect!I came back twice as he also did a fabulous job in dying my hair after the perm. There’s no damage after the perm and it held super well after a week and after the colouring.
