We had two enter-at-your-peril attics filled with four decades of junk and a serious rat infestation. Robbie and his team spent two weeks sorting, reorganizing and hauling away half a lifetime of files and old office furniture, and cleaning, disinfecting, rodent-proofing and reinsulating the entire area. Transparent quoting, fair pricing and a conscientious crew doing a careful, clean job: it could not have gone better … plus, Robbie, Bill, Anatoli, Simeon and Diego were always a pleasure to have around the house. Five stars, no question.

They took care of everything. They safely removed furniture, went through a four-bedroom house item by item, disposed of what couldn’t be kept, and packed up items to be laundered. They returned everything clean and folded, carried out the extermination, and arranged a follow-up visit.
