Just had my daughter's ears pierced and I can't say enough about the cleanliness, professionalism, and friendliness of the staff that we dealt with. Right from entering the shop, being warmly greeted, to choosing earrings that fit and look good, right through to the actual piercings. Will definitely recommend.

Had an incredible experience at The Fall, from start to finish, during my visit to Vancouver in early May. Front of house was clean, and everyone we talked to was so welcoming. Charlotte did an incredible job on my wife’s tattoo, and after she wouldn’t stop talking about her experience, I came by for one. She slayed mine too! She mentioned she tattoos like a lady, and it was easily one of the easiest tattoo experiences I’ve had!
Not if, but when, we return to Vancouver, we will definitely be stopping in for some more ink. You guys were amazing!
Had the best experience at this tattoo parlour - this is the type of place where you walk in and can feel the good energy before even speaking to someone. From front desk staff to tattoo artists to the manager, I would 100% recommend going here based on the people alone. The tattoo looks pretty cute, too!!!
