“Adam came to replace our rainfall showerhead to an extendable one. My main concern was making the whole fitting as sturdy as possible and Adam did not forget this. He changed the shower arm to a shorter one, checked and rescrewed the fitting behind the tile, and put silicone in between the gaps to reduce movement. He was also nice enough to let me observe and ask questions so I can learn more about house maintenance. It was overall an excellent experience and my wife and I are enjoying our new shower head a lot. I would not hesitate to recommend Miller Plumbing & Drainage to family and friends. I will definitely be using them for future plumbing concerns.“

“Hillcrest Plumbing & Heating responded to my call very promptly and was incredibly helpful when my parents’ hot water tank broke down.
I live far away from my parents, who do not speak much English, and Hillcrest made the entire process much easier by ensuring all communication, whether from the office or the technician, went through me. They also arranged the city inspection (with the permit fee included), and everything passed smoothly.
The hot water tank was slightly wider than the door clearance of the little utility room, so the technician removed the door to bring the tank in. Afterwards, with everyone understandably focused on getting everything up and running again, nobody remembered that the door had been left off its hinges. My parents only mentioned it to me a week later.
I called Hillcrest two weeks after the installation and inspection had been completed. Aileen, Dave, and Josh were instrumental in helping us get the door reinstalled within 30 hours of my call.
My parents could not thank them enough, especially Josh, for his wonderful demeanour and prompt help.

“A friend recommended A1 when my storm drains started backing up. I was impressed by their quick response. Michael, their on-site lead, arrived with a van full of tools and used a scope and detector to locate a sump in the front yard that had been hidden under landscaping and a potted pine tree.
The team checked in at each step, carefully cleared the area with minimal impact to the garden, and climbed into the sump to clear the blockage.
