After he left we discovered an unexpected leak from one of the toilet tanks. Charn came back another day and successfully resolved the problem. “A few months ago, my kitchen sink began clogging up and draining slowly. The usual fixes didn't do the trick. Last week, I reached out to Strata, who in turn reached out to A-1. I was called the very next day to schedule a time for the following day. A-1 even managed to accommodate for my last minute appontment time change. When the day came, two gentlemen swung by and fixed the issue-- turned out to be a minor blockage in the common pipes. They were communicative about their ETA, considerate and conscientious, and walked me through each step of their plumbing process. They triple checked everything after clearing out the blockage and even gave me tips to maintain the sink moving forward. Later that evening, while washing dishes, I realized, "Wow, I haven't heard the sound of water draining while washing dishes in months." Thank you, Marty!
