My serviceman, Kyle, was excellent from beginning to end. He was persistent in clearing one drain in particular which seemed to be the most problematic, until the line was clear of debris. In the end all drains were open and the water was flowing freely. He was also very neat, and he cleaned up thoroughly. He was polite, and thorough in explaining the problems he encountered.
