“My first time coming here was about a year ago to get a second opinion on my cat where they told me the x-rays another place took MONTHS before showed that she had the dead bodies of her kittens in her which over the next couple of months caused her to go septic. They noticed what multiple trips to another vet did not in a matter of minutes. They helped me put my baby down, the visit cost a fraction of where the original place would've been. And expecting nothing from them after that visit a week later they sent me a card with all the techs signatures telling me they were sorry for my loss. They will have my business as long as I have pets.“
“I have been with Dr. J. Hach for nearly 20 years. From an especially-needed home visit for a particularly difficult euthanasia to ongoing care for various adult & senior cats I've adopted, the vets (in general) and Dr. Hach (in particular) have always offered great care, consideration, and fair value. As long as I keep cats, my cats will come here. There is, very frankly, no criticism I can offer of this practice (and I work in human healthcare, so I have a pretty high standard). If I had an "ask" of the practice, it would be restarting their boarding program: this is one place my current pet LIKED boarding when I am out of town!“

“Wonderful experience. I have been going here for about a decade now and while it was hard to schedule appointments during Covid (which I hear was the case with most all vets) due to restrictions and everyone at home with nothing to do trying to make appointments, it was no hassle getting my 3 pets in recently this year. I have an anxious senior dog that can work himself into panic attacks/seizures and chili animal care was super accommodating. Joy and Xavier at reception gave my pup time to acclimate and reassured him all is well, a great tech named Sue did the same in the exam room and was very gentle and careful to keep him at ease, and Dr. Dena was amazing;she sat cross-legged on the ground and let him come to her to keep him calm, it was very impressive. I thought everyone went above and beyond while caring for my pets so I would recommend them to anyone looking for that extra caring element especially with senior pets.“
