Outstanding practice, great docs and staff. We have five cats and one dog, and all have been going there since 2004 (it's 2015 now). The compassion and insight of the docs (and with six or seven pets at any given time, we've seen all four docs at one time or another) is exceptional. There's little turn-over in the staff, which speaks well of the practice as well. In terms of the staff quality, they're dolls, but they don't lack in professionalism. Dr Thornton performed surgery on my dog. She called me immediately after his surgery was completed. She was so kind and caring as she shared her findings while reassuring me that my dog was doing well. Her staff called me regularly during the afternoon to provide updates. The day after surgery, Carolyn, texted me to see how my dog was feeling and asked if I had any questions.

Wow…what a great experience! I am so happy that my dog has this wonderful team caring for him.

I’ve been bringing my pets to Penfield Veterinary Hospital for over 30 years and always feel like my pets have been well cared for there. This visit was for my two German Shepherd puppies and it was another pleasant experience.
