Dr. Herrema was very kind and informative. It was my first visit with my sick cat. I think he went above and beyond, calling me right away with her lab results and sending me literature explaining her diagnosis. I am very pleased with the care she has received so far. The other staff members, including the tech and the receptionist have been very kind and helpful too. The entire office is sparkling clean, and they are not over booked.

They always manage to help me when I need to come in. They are great with my mom's dog! I have been coming to this vets office since the 1980's. They listen when I talk and are not just about the almighty dollar. The really care.

The ladies at Penfield vet are very kind and caring! They're so wonderfully patient with my elderly and anxious dog, Brutus. Post appointment, followed up via email promptly(much appreciated!) to explain his lab work.
