“CMM did a good job on an Attic Mold Remediation project for us. They installed a humistatic and thermostatic power vent on the roof of the attic. Then, Nick and Ivan did an excellent job applying mold treatments and mold proof coatings to the plywood and supports, plus installing new baffles to achieve improved ventilation. A post-remediation assessment was completed and clearance was successfully achieved.”
“We had a flood at one of my rental properties, and Patrick and Thomas with Roc Cleaning & Restoration saved the day. They were on site within 45 minutes, extracted all the standing water from the basement, and set up drying equipment right away. Their communication, timeliness, and professionalism were excellent throughout the entire process. Highly recommend Roc Cleaning & Restoration for anyone dealing with water damage or emergency cleanup.”
“All of the technicians were on time and very professional. They took extra time to communicate with me given I am deaf. My basement looks and smells so much better.”
