The technician was verry professional and did an excellent job cleaning our wall-to-wall carpet in our family room. We also had them clean an area rug at their business. We had a shop-vac full of smelly, filthy water leak onto a beautiful area rug. I thought for sure it was ruined. Well, I took it into Yaeger's and they got it looking and smelling like new !!!
