Added: I would not bring rabbits anywhere else in Rochester. Dr. Scarpulla and staff helped care for my bunnies and guinea pig after they were affected by an electrical fire. I was out of town and they squeezed my pets in immediately and checked them out and bathed them because they were completely covered in smoke. My family brought they in and were planning on covering the costs for me and instead they did not charge us at all and it was $400 in services from checking their lungs, etc. THEN the front desk staff created a fundraiser for us and a bunch of families donated. Dr. Scarpulla is absolutely the best!! She has taken such good care of our dog and cat. She listens carefully, answers all of our questions, and is extremely knowledgeable. Additionally, every single technician has been very helpful when we've come in person and when we've spoken on the phone. I greatly appreciate how everyone at Southtowne takes their time to explain conditions and treatments in detail, especially with our dog's numerous health issues. South Towne is truly top notch!
Dr. Meg is exceptional in medical care and being a very friendly person and the others at South Towne Veterinary Hospital are also exceptional in the medical care that they provide and being friendly as they had to treat our dog for unfortunate reaction after having Vaccines and they helped our dog survive and head back towards normal a few days later.
