Of all the studios to practice in Rochester, this is the one you should choose if you want to deepen your practice beyond just the physical postures of yoga. There are many knowledgeable teachers, plenty of props (which you'll be encouraged to use, not shamed about) and the space itself is lovely, with lots of natural light.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place! It's the place where I learned yoga and then fell in love with yoga!!! I feel like I'm coming home every time I return (not to mention all the friends I've made over the years)

Went here and really enjoyed myself. There are smaller class sizes so you get a personalized touch and attention, which is great for beginners. Wide open and peaceful floor plan made for so much needed peace! Definitely recommend
