We got our flooring from Grade A flooring 3 years ago, I didn't write a review right away. After every day uses, our flooring looks just like new. The pricing was amazing, the craftmanship was top notch and the service was outstanding (I didn't have many other flooring companies to compare but they gave me the best experince among all the vendors in Rochester). At the shop, Aaron helped us pick the right kind of flooring that goes well with our lifestyle and color match for our wall. We had 2 planks with manufature problems and Leslie didn't hestitate to arrange a repair for us. We recently had new carpet installed in our 2nd floor. It was a large job that included four bedrooms, two walk-in closets, hallway, and stairs. Grade A Flooring did an outstanding job from start to finish. The owners, Leslie and Aaron, were fantastic to work with. They were prompt, professional, and incredibly flexible with our installation schedule. Their communication was excellent, and their knowledge and guidance made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The quality of the installation exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend Grade A Flooring and will definitely use them again in the future!
They stand behind their product. I had an issue with a new build that settled after two years. It made a section of the vinyl plank separate but they stand behind their work even if it's two years later. They came and fixed it no problem. They educated us as to why the problem happened and fixed it. We will definitely do business with them again.
