So happy to been introduced to this place by a friend! I enjoy practicing Iyengar yoga which is taught here . Besides the beautiful setting and atmosphere of the surroundings & the building, the the teachers I have practiced with are welltrained, knowledgeable, and kind. I highly recommend open Sky Yogs

One of the best kept secrets of Rochester. And one of the best Iyengar studios in the world. Students come from all over the world to attend the Center's teacher training sessions. Rochester residents are lucky to have this place in our own back yard.

I have studied here for many years. It is simply the best of the best, and that goes far beyond just Rochester, NY. Francois is a highly skilled, highly knowledgable teacher known internationally. He has trained with BKS Iyengar in Pune, India and leads retreats and trainings all over the world, certifying instructors from San Francisco to Iceland. Truly the highest quality faculty, education and practice you could get in the area.
