“I've been going to Dr. Jonathan Zwerka at One Life Chiropractic for a little over a year now. It's been quite transformative. I was in quite a bit of neck and shoulder discomfort from my high stress job where it isn't uncommon for me to be spending 10-14 hours sitting at my computer. “This review is long overdue. I'm a lifelong runner and cyclist, but things were looking bleak. Couldn't run or bike anymore, knee and back pain made it tough to walk or even sleep. I was starting to think it was time for a knee replacement. My family doctor recommended I meet up with Dr. Ben Read. Ben began the process of sorting through my biomechanical issues that were years, perhaps decades, old. It took a few months but he got me back to running and biking again. No need for a knee replacement, no surgeries. I couldn't be happier with the work that he and his staff have done to relieve my pain and improve my mobility.
