“I’ve been using the largest local exterminator in town located in Greece that’s not a national company for my annual infestation of boxelder bugs. This year I called as usual and they said instead of charging for individual applications like we have been offering, you now have to buy a one year package. I explained the only problems I have are elder bugs once a year. They said it’s either an annual package or nothing. I went with the nothing.
I had a make a fast change and find an exterminator same day. I used Google and found Lady Bugs. They had over 300 reviews, all five stars on Google so I gave them a call. The gentleman I spoke to was extremely nice and yes, he also pitched an annual package which I declined since I have no other problems. He then said, “of course, we can offer you an individual treatment as well.”
He said I can have a technician out today and stated the price which was fair. I immediately approved it over the phone with a credit card. Technician came out that afternoon, 1,2,3 done. And unlike the other company that I have been using for 20 years, this treatment did the job without any callbacks. And I have to say whatever product they used didn’t stink like the ones the other company used. Thank you very much for that unexpected bonus!
I guess I now have a new exterminator company.”
