It was a circuit of exercises on gymnastics rings, but the instructor (Matt) offered a variety of techniques as options so that you could determine the right difficulty level for yourself, which was just a brilliant way to design a class with people of varying skill level. Whether you are a beginner or if you have experience, the instructor will have a way to challenge you. All the staff and participants make for a comfortable and inviting environment, I would highly recommend this to anyone.“
