“We had an excellent experience with Monroe Floor Resurfacing refinishing the hardwood floors in our Pittsford home. Anthony and his crew sanded and stained approximately 900 square feet of our red oak floors, and the transformation was incredible. We wanted a much brighter, neutral look and Anthony helped us get exactly the color and finish we were looking for.

We were especially impressed with how clean the entire process was. We expected hardwood floor sanding to create dust throughout the house, but their dust containment system worked extremely well and everything was kept incredibly clean from start to finish.

Anthony was knowledgeable, professional, and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. Our floors look completely different and we couldn’t be happier with the result. “They did a great job on my carpet runner! I have a difficult stairway in an old home. They came and measured everything perfectly and worked with me on exactly what I wanted. The carpet is beautiful but tough and has withstood years of cats scratching it. My dog finally learned how to walk up stairs. 100% recommend! Great customer service too even though this was a small job for them.“

“I have nothing but great things to say about Overstock Flooring and Ben, the manager. He is enthusiastic about helping customers and gets products to contractors and DIY folks and home renovators like me as expeditiously as possible.

I shopped in all of the “usual” stores, looking for luxury vinyl tile that wasn’t planks and that didn’t try to look like wood, but looked like marble instead. Don’t be fooled when the big box stores tell you they have a good-looking, similar product. They do not. I found it with Overstock and could not find it anywhere else.
