Technician (on loan from Syracuse) did an outstanding job, was very personable. Explained each of the products he was applying, and provided suggestions for improving insect prevention by trimming back some of the garden areas encroaching on the exterior.

Olivia was an excellent technician, very professional, but still fun and nice. The house and yard were treated in a timely manner and she kept us in the loop for each step. If I could give 10 stars I would.
*2026 Update* I'm still receiving great service 5years later. Last year we noticed rodent activity outside and in my garage. They acted quickly and this year they are under control. Sydnee and Dan are amazing I have noticed a tremendous reduction in ants, spiders box, elder love bugs and spider webs.
Perfect service at the perfect time. These carpenter ants are crazy this year. Matt came to my door right when I'm killing the little buggers. He reassured me that Fox could take care of the problem.
