“We had a great experience with American Custom Exteriors and Interiors for our roofing project. Starting with a very thorough inspection and quote by Kevin Mondschein. An honest assessment with no upsell, and no high pressure sales tactics like we had experienced with some of the other companies. Everyone that we dealt with at American were very professional during the entire process. Great communication from their scheduler Kyle. On the day our roof was replaced Rico and his crew of installers worked very hard. I was surprised that they finished the job in a single day.They were very courteous and respectful. Our project required a total tear off down to the rafters. We had all of the plywood, rake edge, drip edge, and wall flashing replaced. New ice water underlayment and shingles were installed. We added gutter guards as well. Great workmanship. Everything looks flawless. They did a great job on clean up of our property at the end. I would highly recommend American Customs!“

“Had our roof replaced after a wind storm without issues. A few weeks before they started, they had put tarp up and part of which blew off later on and I told them they came right out to fix it. There was also miscommunication about a vent cap. I wasn't too worried about it because I was glad just to have a new roof and flashing but I was surprised to look up and see they had come out and put a new one on! Left no mess and the guys that came out were great!“
