Katrina was wonderful. Her salon is cute, cozy, and clean. Very easy to talk to and did a great job as a stylist. She truly went above and beyond. Will need to schedule regular hair cuts!

I’ve only been to Katrina a few times, but she’s already become my go‑to stylist because she’s everything you want in a professional: quick to reply, easy to talk to, and genuinely talented. Her salon has the kind of warm, comfortable vibe that makes you feel like you’re catching up with a friend — but it’s her expertise that really stands out.

I’m almost afraid to post this review because I just found the best hair stylist in Rochester and I don’t want to share her… but here it goes!

I just received the best new cut, color and style of my life from Katrina at Faccia Bella when I wasn’t even sure what I wanted! Thank you Katrina, no one has ever listened to me the way you did—I said a bunch of different things and then said, ‘I trust you, do your magic’ and WOW! The new color is what I’ve always wanted and the cut is better than I ever dreamed it could be! Katrina is a true artist and I highly recommend her salon, Faccia Bella. My only regret is not finding her sooner. Thank you Katrina!
