I messed up my body playing sports over a decade ago and work a physically demanding job. She's the best I've found in the area. She looks at the whole picture and is able to explain and give tips on how to manage your body/pain. Was super helpful after a few arm surgeries as well with managing my tendonitis flare ups and scar tissue formation. Highly recommend. You'll be doing your body a favor.

Monique seems highly knowledgeable about the body and intuitive in her approach. I won't hesitate to see her the next time I need to!I know this is an aside, but I love the transparency of her online scheduling. The simplicity and ease that adds for me is remarkable.
