My Locksmith Rochester, NY

The process of programming a replacement key for our Camry went sideways when the car battery died in the middle of the process. Sharon stuck with it, patiently worked through the problems and completed the job. Thanks you.

After family members of the previous tenant let themselves into our home when we were not there with an extra key they didn't admit to having AND removed property (that's called stealing, isn't it?) leaving us in fear for our safety, I contacted three locksmiths first thing the next morning. One never returned my plea for help, one responded via yelp (that's expeditious, isn't it?); the third one, Sharon of My Locksmith called within 5 minutes. Sharon arranged for Elmer to head out within an hour. I cannot say enough about Elmer. He explained our choices and installed three electronic keypad deadbolts within 90 minutes. That included drilling a new hole for one of the doors. He went about his business quickly, quietly and professionally. My Locksmith's Elmer was just the technician we needed to complete the job. Imagine the nerve of those two crooks letting themselves in when our vehicle was not in the driveway. I would have loved to see the look on their faces if I had greeted them at the door. Again, thank you Sharon and Elmer of My Locksmiths!!

I had a great experience with MyLocksmith and highly recommend their services. Even though my appointment ended up being two hours after the originally scheduled time, their communication was excellent throughout the wait, so I always knew what to expect.Christian was fantastic. He replaced two of my locks quickly, and it was clear he is highly organized and efficient at his work. I am very satisfied with the results and would absolutely hire them again!
