KJ handled the locks on my new house. He was very pleasant, very quick and thorough. In our chat, we found out we went to the same high school and he lived near my grandparents. My Locksmith in Rochester was wonderful! They were able to help us get a key made within 30 minutes after I made the initial call. The technician was through and so helpful! They were upfront about all of their costs. The quote they gave was the same as what I was charged. No hidden charges, fees, or random additional costs after the job was done. Would definitely recommend this company!
