“I had my hair done on Saturday. It was so last minute since I came from Toronto for a wedding in Rochester. First, she got back to me shortly after my call. Second, she opened her shop earlier just for me since she was booked for the day. Third, she did an awesome job with my hair! The curls & wave lasted not only all day & evening, I still have a beautiful styled hair until now(Sunday afternoon). No frizz at all. “Elena at Luminous is absolutely amazing! I’ve been going to her for over a year. The first time I visited her I had grown out copper highlights and a lot of damage. She created a blended mushroom brown and my hair is healthier than ever. At every single appointment from a full balayage to a simple toner Elena checks-in to make sure she’s accomplishing exactly what you want. Aside from her amazing hair skills, the environment she creates is extremely comfortable. I’d recommend her 10x over.“
