Russ and his team do a wonderful job at what they do. They are courteous, timely, and professional. They installed the electric for my pool last year and it has been great. I had an issue with the switch and Russ was on it in no time. He got back to me promptly, returning my call/texts, and was out himself to make the repair. Amanda at Loria Electric helped me to understand my electrical situation and patiently guided me through the steps I needed to take to address my issue. Even when it became apparent that I would need to use a different company, she went beyond her job and gave me a referral as well as specific instructions to get the best outcome. Though Loria was no longer involved with my electrical issue, I went to Amanda at least twice after that to help answer some additional questions I had; she followed up twice after that.
