Matthew repaired water damage to our kitchen ceiling. His communication was good. We were provided with a detailed and thorough estimate. He came exactly when scheduled and did an excellent job, including texturing the ceiling. He left the kitchen spotless at the end of both days.
From the onset, it was clear Matthew knows what he's doing. I helped mitigate some of my expense by doing some prep work for the ceiling repair, and he was clear on what needed to be done and responsive when I had questions. It took about 4 hours per day over 3 days for him to redo half our living room ceiling, and he was careful working around our 100-year-old crown molding and took the time to detail around it.
