“I had a very good experience!! He was SO nice and very honest and clearly knows what he's doing. It was also very nice to meet his cat and to chat with him a bit. If I ever need any more help with my computer, I will go back to him and I 1000% recommend him if you're looking for quick (I called him and he immediately asked if I was able to come over NOW, which was incredibly convenient), honestly-priced, thorough repairs. I brought in my laptop a few days after I had dropped it on the floor and he very clearly explained what was wrong with it (mostly cosmetic but the frame and keyboard needed to be replaced to prevent further damage) and exactly what I would need to purchase and what it would cost. He also mentioned that he could try to bend the frame back into place and I consented because if that didn't work, I was just going to replace the frame anyway. However, it turned out the screen was also damaged, and by bending the frame, it cracked the screen a bit! Then he immediately brought out another laptop and told me I could purchase it (trade with the laptop I brought in) for $250--nothing compared to what repairing or replacing my laptop would have cost me. He made sure to double-check that that's really what I wanted and presented my options clearly and honestly. He transferred my hard drive over and made sure everything was working well, and then coached me over the phone for an hour when I got home and realized I couldn't connect to wi-fi. I feel very satisfied--a new laptop for $250 is way better than whatever repairs I had hoped would come out of the appointment. Thank you again!“
