I just told Dr. Trevor Horan at Align Chiropractic of Rochester that he was a Godsend because he absolutely is!! I have had lower back pain for the past three or four days after moving some boxes. I explained that I was concerned that I may have a serious injury. He asked several questions and tested my movement. He is gentle, skilled, and explains everything he is doing and why. He was able to diagnose the problem and immediately make the necessary adjustments. I am so grateful that I found him and I highly recommend him to everyone!!!!
