I treated myself on my birthday to the summer special, $100 for a massage and facial. It was a great way to spend the day. The atmosphere was extremely relaxing and calming. I loved my facial and massage so much. Definitely will be going back! So nice to give my service to an independent business owner rather than a chain salon.

This was my second time getting a massage at Royal Zen with my sister and it was amazing! Shanice and Sheniel opened Royal Zen in early 2021 and they are doing a fantastic job with their spa. The location is conveniently located in Rochester and has plenty of parking. Finding the right building can be a bit confusing, but they are labeled so that made it easier. The rooms were heated nicely, which was very pleasant given it is so cold out! The massage itself was fabulous. The tables were plush with warm blankets. I've gone to Shanice soooo many times now! I'm sorry it's taken me so long to write a review. I've went to her for facial, armpit, and brazillian waxing with the vagacial (I can't remember if that's how she spells it lol). Her technique is top notch! If there's an ingrown hair she's not afraid to get in there to make sure you're skin leaves looking AND feeling better than you came in. She has such a gentle touch. She's also hands down the sweetest girl in the darn city! You can talk to her the whole time and not even realize it's already done. She's great at calming nerves.
