Greg, the trainer that led me through my 6 week challenge, was the biggest help to my weight loss journey. If it weren't for him I probably wouldn't have been able to lose 14 lbs and lose 4 inches around my waist. I feel like I've never looked better and it's all thanks to the people at this gym rooting for me, cheering me on and keeping me consistent. Thank you everyone at this gym for helping me set myself on the right path

I started coming to Lion & Luxe back in March of 2021. I'd previously worked with one of their trainers, and I was hoping to continue with someone who knew me. I wasn't sure what to expect at first since I've only ever been to the big corporate gyms. My experience from the get-go was nothing but positive. The team here works with you from an all-around wellness approach. Two weeks after signing up, I ended up getting sick and felt derailed. But the kindness and care package that arrived in my mailbox from the team here was encouraging and immediately set the tone for the relationship I have with this gym. I took a 1 hour yoga class and it was great! They followed all covid safety precautions. The teacher was super sweet and professional. The studio was lovely, great facility! Would recommend!
