Empire Heating was wonderful! They sent someone out within two hours of us calling. They were very prompt, professional, accommodating and gave us superior customer service. They even gave us heaters to warm our home while waiting for our new furnace to be installed. We could not have asked for better service!!!
Empire Heating is a pleasure to work with. Maurice, Michelle and their team are friendly and very efficient. And with good old fashioned, EXCELLENT communication every step of the way, keeping us posted and returning calls. They quickly saved my 90 year mother from having no heat during sub-freezing temps by installing a new furnace. They definitely will have our future business.
