I had an issue with very aggressive yellow jackets in my yard. My 2yr old granddaughter got stung and the next morning I called Lady Bugs All Pest Solutions. I spoke with Brandy who was very nice and understanding. I explained the situation and she was able to get Jose out to my house the same day. When Jose arrived, he was very professional. I showed him where the bees were and he took it from there. Jose was very knowledgeable, friendly and very easy to talk to. He explained everything that he had done and what to expect afterwards. Jose came to my house today and was a very cool informative tech. Very polite, knowledgeable & helpful. He even took it a step further and promoted the all solution subscription (kudos to him 🎉) which consists of routine visits. Definitely more beneficial for me and my family.
When I signed up for the subscription I got welcomed to the Ladybug Family - by far the cutest thing 😂. Highly Recommend ! The experience was a very easy one.
Had a yellow jacket nest in my HVAC exhaust. Called ladybugs and they were at my house in just a few hours. The technician was professional and got the job done quick. The nest was dead in 48 hours. Will definitely be calling them again!
