He was there quickly and explained what was going on, how to fix, fixed/replaced everything quickly, and left us with additional maintenance tips!Thank you Nick & Colin, our go-to plumbers!!
We had a emergency at our house and Colin was at our house within the hour. He took the time to explain the issue and did exactly what was needed to fix the issue. He is very professional and doesn't try to sell you on services you don't need. I HIGHLY recommend him and his company.
My hot water heater decided to give up the ghost on New Year's Eve (on a Sunday, no less). I called Colin the Plumber and he called me back within an hour. Nick came to my house within an hour of that and had a new hot water heater installed within 90 minutes. Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and reasonable. I am a total fan and highly recommend them!
