This review is Well Deserved tho overdue! On the morning of Friday September 1st, the start of a Holiday Weekend, We discovered Hundreds of Hornets swarming in our basement ?! I have severe allergies so called around to Multiple companies to no avail, No one else would come out to help until, at the earliest, Tuesday, 5 Days!!! By late afternoon I was Super Stressed & talking to a friend about it when she said “Call the Bugman!” When I called Not Only did they say they would come 1st thing the Very Next morning on a Saturday, But Their Charge was Much more Affordable (the Other places had added a Ton of Extra charges onto their quote compared to advertised prices,...read full review

Ernest was very professional and efficient. He introduced himself and proceeded to rectify our ground bee problem. Then he explained to me how we got such a large hole and what he had done.
