We called Gatti for a natural gas grill line installation quote per a coworkers recommendation. They quoted $4k less than another local business and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The guys came out a few days after we accepted the quote, it only took a few hours, and it looks great if you ignore the deck we haven’t stained yet! Definitely recommend to anyone in the Rochester area!!
We had an ejector pump fail and toilets and showers backing up in our basement. The phone triage experience was wonderful and in no time, William was at the house fixing the issue. I was expecting to have to pay for a new pump, but after clearing the one I had and testing it multiple times he assured me that it was good to be put back and saved me several hundred dollars in the process. Simply great experience from the first contact through completion.
Will and Dion came today due to a potential blockage of the sewer line which we have had issues within the past repeatedly. They were able to determine it was not actually the sewer line but a pipe that connects the kitchen and bathroom on the upper floor and also goes out to the sewer line. It was so nice to finally get some answers that made sense and these two young men exceeded my expectations to the fullest! I am an associate relationship manager for American Express’ “black card”. I expect to receive the same type of service that I give my card members in W and Dion certainly rose above my expectations! They are professional, efficient and courteous....read full review
