“This is a great place to buy an instrument. The staff here took the time to let me listen and try instruments over several different visits. I was looking for a classical guitar and they had several excellent new and used instruments available. I decided finally on a Cordoba C12 with spruce top. This instrument had a very balanced tone from low to high. Sustain was great, and I like the raised fretboard for playability up the neck. I also appreciated the lattice bracing construction and the adjustability of the truss rod, although these features are a little less traditional. Also, the look of the instrument is very classic, which I was going for. Overall a very nice first-time buying experience at Bernunzio's and I feel like I got a great instrument that will last me a very long time. Very nice buying experience, too. “Best customer service EVER. I have called everywhere in rochester looking for harp strings and with no luck. I called here earlier today looking for them and even though this shop does not seem to carry the strings I need, Paul told me he would be able to find a place that did for me. Not 20 minutes later did I receive a call back from the wonderful Jimmie who asked me details about my harp and then reached out to yet another person to get me connected to where I could find them. I received a text shortly after that with a link his coworker (who plays the harp) recommended. I cannot speak highly enough to how kind the staff is, and how willing they are to help customers.
