This is the 4th exterminator I have tried over the years. I wish I had called them first. Our technician Brandon is fantastic. Thorough, respectful, and always texts as I requested when he is on his way. Not only are they treating for the current mice, they sealed up any entry points that the mice may be entering the house. Additionally, that service was significantly cheaper than the quote I had gotten from another company.
Our technician showed up on time and removed the starlings that had made their way into our exhaust system with care. He cleaned up their debris and made sure that they wouldn't be able to return to nest.
I have been working with Mike for a Rodent problem. He seems very eager and ready to help me with the problem. He has been diligent and informative every time he has come so far and so far I am seeing less and less critters! Plus he went little further out of his range to help me. Would definitely recommend! Mike seems genuinely eager to help you rid of the problem!
