“We used Neil Adams to do a full remodel of our kitchen and dining room over the winter of 2015/16. Yes we did a remodel in winter! We found Neil through our designer and got several bids from other contractors also. Neil was not the cheapest nor the most expensive but the attention to detail in his bid and follow up discussions was exceptional. We had a bit of sticker shock on the cost, but Neil was very thorough and patient in explaining where all the big expenses were (we were taking out structural walls and expanding the foundation). Once we decided to go with Neil, we scheduled the work for late summer/fall 2015, as things do happen there was a understandable delay on getting our project started. Instead of delaying till spring we chose to charge ahead while praying for an easy winter. When we had open exterior walls Neil's staff would make sure everything was buttoned up as tight as it could be before leaving for the day. Neil Adams and his staff provided excellent communication throughout the entire project on what was getting done that week and when their crews and various sub-contractors would be showing up each day. Nobody rang our doorbell that we did not know was coming. Neil and his Project Manager were amazingly easy to work with especially when we had some course corrections mid project. His project Manager said to me once "hey don't worry about it, if you see it as a problem, we'll find a solution that works. We're in the business of solving problems." When he could have just as easily said these were the plans you approved. The quality of work is exceptional, and it shows, now nearly 5 years later and everything is still like new! We did new hardwood floors as part of this project and one of the crew spent at least a whole day if not two chasing squeaky floor joists (they squeaked before this project, but not after it, and not today)! You would be hard pressed to find that dedication to quality anywhere else! We still call Neil Adams from time to time to bounce other house projects or repairs off him . . . why? Because we trust him, his opinion, and his staff!“

“In renovating our condo we came across an issue with old, rotting floor boards on the balcony and were referred by the HOA to call King Bee Construction because they use them often for repair and maintenance at the condo complex.Melissa, the contact person in the office was wonderful to work with. She was professional, friendly and quick at getting me on the schedule. Jeremy came out to give an estimate and was very professional and friendly. “We had John and his crew do work for us a few years ago when we had a water leak in our heating system. He was great and dealt with the insurance company so I didn't have to. The work was done well and we were back to normal in no time.I am going to use his company again for some deck stairs and look forward to it, knowing that it will be done correctly.I finally had John and his crew here at my home to build stairs to my deck and complete the railing. It is SO nice! We spend a lot of time out there now. John suggested 'hogwire' instead of normal wood slats for the railing and it is perfect. “Kenny and his crew are everything you want in a flooring contractor. They performed all of the demolition to remove the flooring that we were replacing including baseboards. Leveled the floors to ensure that the new LVP flooring perfectly matched the existing tile. The installation of the LVP is perfect, seamlessly flowing from room to room. When I changed direction on one aspect of the project, Kenny took care of everything, which was a great relief as we are updating our retirement home remotely. If it was possible to give Kenny and his crew more than five stars I absolutely would. He will be my first choice for any future flooring needs and recommend him to everyone.“

He also worked with us on finding an install date that was convenient. Anthony and Noah were part of the marketing process after install and were very personable.The installation was quick, professional and clean. They sent all available crews to our house and were able to finish in 3 hours which was incredible and much appreciated. The guys were very efficient and mindful of rooms that we needed to use while they were here.We love our windows and have already noticed a difference in heat retention and a decrease in outside sound.We would recommend DaBella to anyone.
