We recently completed a remodel of all three bathrooms and our laundry room with DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen, and the experience was overwhelmingly positive.

Shawn, the business owner, sets a high bar for quality and customer satisfaction. He’s committed to ensuring the work meets not only the client’s expectations but his own — which are impressively high.

Rachel, the designer, brought excellent vision and creativity to the project. She remained engaged throughout, helping us make smart design choices that truly elevated the final result.

Shaun, the job foreman, is highly skilled across all aspects of custom remodel work and especially strong in finish carpentry. He’s customer-focused and detail-oriented. However, due to his involvement in other projects, our timeline was extended by a couple of weeks. While this was a minor frustration, it didn’t detract from the overall quality of the work.

All subcontractors were solid, and the tile and granite teams were exceptional — their craftsmanship really stood out.

“The material selection is good and only made up of superior products. We chose a laminate plank which uses a newer core technology to have identical life to LVPs. “Quality First ProVida windows were installed in October of 2023. We were expecting a difference in our energy bill, which remained about the same while everyone else's bill was rising a lot. What we didn't expect was the significan noise reduction. The road behind our backyard is a semi-trailer thoroughfare. The windows reduced the noise to a low rumble, more felt than heard. Excellent quality, beautiful appearance, and practical construction (cleaning, opening, and closing). We just purchased exterior doors because we were so impressed.“

Tod did a fantastic job on the crack sealing of our 9 acres of parking lot. attention to detail and most excellent customer service was really refreshing in this day and age of bottom dollar conscience companies. They worked with our heavy traffic schedule and sealed a few extra cracks when it wasn't even part of the bid. API has loyalty forever when it comes to anything asphalt. You just don't see this level of efficiency and customer attention these days in business. Completely impressed.
