I've been in Reno for a few years and had nothing but bad service from all the salons I've been to. I was planning a trip back to Vegas just to get my hair done. I decided to try Erik's Hair FX. My appt was booked with Ms. Shirley Love. I had no confidence with this appt, knowing it would be the same outcome as all the others I had been to in Reno. Boy was I wrong. Shirley Love got my color to platinum blond like I wanted (all other salons told me we can get there but not today) and she did it in one appt. Not only was my color on point, but the cut she gave me was the BEST. I so recommend this place to everyone. Thanks Shirly, can't wait to see you again.

I got my hair done by Shirley Love, she's amazing. Her color wheel had beautiful colors to choose from we were able to choose colors that compliment my skin tone, she did a Balayage Style. We also chose a cut that complemented my face shape which is really cool oh, her knowledge of hair growth is great. I've had so many compliments , that I feel amazing.
