Jake, Devon, and Larry did a wonderful job on my tub conversion to a shower. It was a small job but they made me feel like I was just as important as clients having major work done. I was always kept in the loop and knew who was coming and when. It was done in a timely manner, I would highly recommend Gilliam Construction.
Gilliam Construction enlarged our guest bedroom by removing a second closet and moving a door further into the hallway. The job was all inclusive of wood flooring install, old world texture drywall, and painting the full ensuite. Demo was fast with minimal disruption. Floor transitions were precise.
Team was professional, showed up when they said they would, and worked to insure that any small issues we ran into, were worked through together, ensuring a beautiful result. While they were here, I also had them install the same flooring in my Primary Bedroom and walk in closet.
Very happy with the results, HIGHLY recommend this local team!!!
We are very happy with our experience with Gilliam! We had never hired a general contractor and were nervous about embarking on the whole process, but the team did phenomenal work. We are far less afraid of home projects now and would definitely hire Gilliam again! We finished our shower, and it looks very, very nice.
