The only negative is that you never get in to the office by appointment time. Generally 15-30 minutes behind. Required to come 15 minutes prior to your appointment time so you wait even longer. Great staff very happy with my Doctor.
Been here many times for moes and Dr Kiene is always top notch! Second time I went in where he was able to bypass the surgery with other ideas. Nice to know he puts me over the profit of another surgery.
Online check pre check in is very helpful. Speeds up the process when you arrive. Dr. Laura Hay is awesome. Very professional but yet able to maintain an easy atmosphere during the exam.
