The prompt service. They send notice of when they will be there a day before they send another reminder and on the day of service they Tex that they are on their way and let me know when they arrive
Called Orkin for ants in the house this past Spring. They arrive on time, are professional and explain treatments and realistic timelines for the ant issue to be resolved. Our tech, John, is wonderful. He always treats us like family and communicates effectively to meet my scheduling needs.
We discovered a bad rodent problem in our garage, last winter, then had an ant problem in our kitchen, this summer. I called the 800 number, I found online, and the gentleman I talked to was AWESOME! He was able to send someone out, the next day! I wish I could remember the initial person's name, because he was so professional and informative, and sprayed the problem-areass right away! Our usual maintenance person, Richie, is super sweet and very helpful and such a professional! We love seeing Richie, every other month!
