Such a fantastic clinic. I went to several different vets previously, but I will never go anywhere else. Dr. Rock was so calm, caring, and knowledgeable and I felt so comfortable with her operating on my cat. She called me immediately after the surgery and was available for any additional questions. The office was so helpful, scheduling additional wound checks day of as needed. One of vet techs, Kim, was so incredibly kind and helpful, checking in often to see how my cat was healing. I was with Galena Vet for nearly three years for my cat and dog before I left Reno. Extremely friendly and professional front desk staff. Dr. Rock and all the vet tech & nurses are amazing. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a new vet in Reno area.

Our cat, Mando (a rescue from the Nevada Humane Society), received beautiful care from the entire staff of Galena Veterinary Hospital throughout his entire life with us. I wouldn't go anywhere else for pet care. Special thanks to Dr. Ford, Dr. Rock and their entire team!
