I have used Quality Floors for Less four times now over the last three years. They have beautiful durable flooring. The installation one time was not perfect but they came back out and fixed it. The problem was a sticking sound when you walked on it. Since then they got a new installer and he is an artist. Such attention to detail! It could not have been better. The two owners take care to make sure things run smoothly. I highly recommend them for quality, selection and price.
We looked into a couple of cheaper options that didn't feel right and we are stoked that we picked them. They are efficient, hard-working, communicate well and are very detail oriented. We love our new carpet and laminate floors. They did a wonderful job and would very much recommend them.
We don’t live in Reno full time so working long distance with any contractor is full of challenges. Quality Flooring was an absolute dream to work with even given these circumstances. Bidding and billing was seamless. The pre work and prep was thorough and complete. They were great at helping us look for the flooring we wanted and even opened an account with the manufacturer we wanted. The work was BEAUTIFUL- all the fine detail was perfect.
